It is very simple to call a company over the internet using Voip. You have 2 options (Or you may use your exisiting Voip provider)
1) You may download Skype. You will need to register and download the software. Simply go to http://www.skype.com/
2) You can sign upto Sipgate.co.uk and get a free landline number. Simply register and download the free phone software. We recommend Sipgate as it is easy to use. Sipgate, will only allow free calls to UK based 0800 numbers. We do not suggest you use sipgate if you would like to call a US based number.
Once you have the software ready, simply await the target. We will let everyone know the target tomorrow.

Welcome to OPERATION: COLDCALL.
This mission is simple to follow.
You will be required to download software (e.g Skype, Sipgate etc)
You will then be required to call the companies listed.
We suggest you disabled your mircophone. The aim of this mission is to simply stay on the line as long as possible in the hope that you will:
1) Block legit calls to the company
2) To use a FREE phone number, so your calls will cost the company money.
We will update this post with more information as soon as we can, you may suggest a company to us.
